If you want to upgrade your license from Standard to Professional or Enterprise,   OR  from Professional to Enterprise, you can do this by clicking the "Upgrade Button".

 

Two issues that will occur:

 

 

 

1. Your current license will be terminated immediately. and a new license will be created. You will need to replace the License credentials in the WBRM Utility.

 

2. A problem with the PayPal Subscription process will cause the processing of an Upgrade only after several hours - we have seen this happen as much as a 24 hours turnaround. We have contacted PayPal to understand what is the problem, but have yet to receive information that was very helpful.

 

Their (PayPal)'s response was that the changes of Subscriptions are sent to a queue and they get processed in the order they were received.
